Campus SuperStar 2

Campus SuperStar, the competition that offers a platform for talented youths to showcase and develop their singing prowess, returns for a second season on May 28, 2007! Unlike previous season where public voting accounted for 70% of the total score, Campus SuperStar 2 will be different; 70% of the results will now be based on judges’ scores and 30% on public voting. But before the curtains go up, it’s time for us to audition and recruit the best of Singapore’s singing students! If you think you warble just fine, then we want to see you at the audition!

Girls: Saturday Mar 17Performing Guests: Nathaniel Tan, Carrie Yeo, Ng Chee Yang, Teresa Tseng, Adriano, Ng Imm Khim, Hong Yu Yang, Chen Yi Yuan, Alejandro Hou

Venue (for both days): Toa Payoh HDB Hub Time (for both days): 9am

EligibilityThis competition is open to students from all secondary schools, JCs and ITEs who wear school uniforms. Come register and audition in your current school uniforms (yes, you must belong to a school with school uniforms).

Audition TipsWant to perform better and impress the judges? We have some tips for you. 1. Each person has to prepare to sing a song, without any accompanying music track, on stage. (Tip: Prepare a second song on standby because the judges may sometimes want to hear the contestants try another song) 2. Things to bring: - An umbrella (The weather’s unpredictable these days!); - Cooling tonic drinks (to sooth your vocal chords and maximise your singing potential); - Schoolmates/friends/relatives to cheer for you!
